chocolate cake
Ingredients:
- 100g Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut Semi-Sweet Chocolate (3.5 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup Flour (50g)
- 150g granulated sugar
- 100g unsalted butter (½ cup)
Directions:
- Mix eggs and sugar, add flour
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler
- Blend all ingredients
- Mix for 5 to 10 minutes with electric mixer on medium
- Turn over to 200o C (400o F)
- Pour into 25cm (10") round teflon pan (spray pan with oil)
- Bake for 20 minutes
